摘要
素质教育是我国教育事业的根本原则。本文仅就素质教育是一种现代教育理论，就素质教育的全民性，素质教育的整体性，素质教育的主动性，素质教育的先进性进行了探讨。
Quality education is the essential principle of education course in China. This paper explores such as quality education being a modern educational theory, involving the whole people, its unity and initiative, being advanced.
