摘要 利用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察、分析了高碳Nb Ti V系堆焊层中颗粒碳化物与固溶体间的界面 (Carbide/SolidSolution简称C/S界面 )结构 .表明 :C/S界面洁净 ,无第 3种反应物的显微夹层 ,两相错配度δ =(6 .1~ 8.3) % ,界面位向关系为 :(0 0 2 ) α Fe/ / (2 2 0 ) (NbTiV)C;对MM2 0 0上的磨损试件观察亦表明 ,其C/S界面结合强度高 ,碳化物的脱落极少 ,堆焊层耐磨性超过美国的MG70 The C/S interface (interface between particulate carbide and solid solution) was investigated in Fe based high carbon Nb-Ti-V alloyed surface welding layer by means of SEM and TEM. It is indicated that the C/S interface was clean and free from other reactants, mismatch δ between the two crystals was 6.1~8.3%, and there existed a crystal orientation relationship on the C/S interface: (002)_(α-Fe) // (220)_((NbTiV)C);The testing on the MM200 type wear machine demonstrates that the two phase strongly binds each other at the C/S interface, which preventes the fall-off of carbides and provides the surface welding layer with better wear resistance than that of American MG700 surface welding layer.
