电力市场是否良好有序发展对国民经济的方方面面影响深远 ,这一影响的核心因素是电价 .从资源优化配置并追求社会效益最大化的角度出发 ,研究了电力短期交易价格形成的机制问题 ,分析了基于最小成本和基于最小用户付费两种定价方法的特点 。

The orderly and favorable development of electricity market has a far-reaching influence on national economics, while the central factor of this influence is electricity price. The price mechanism of short period power trade is studied based on the point of allocating resources optimally and pursuing maximal social welfare in this paper. The characteristis of two pricing methods, cost minimization and payment minimization are analyzed. Then, the pricing and the cost recovery method according to marginal-cost for maximal social welfare are discussed.
