A Calculating Model on the Energetics Index of A Three--phase Asynchronous Motor and its Economice Benefit

本文介绍了大型三相异步电动机的主要力能指标—效率及功率因数与电动机成本之间关系预测模型的一个重要组成部分,即电动机的效率、功率因数与主要尺寸、电磁负荷的函数关系式,所得结论对大型三相异步电动机产品的更新换代以及提高企业的经济效益具有一定的指导意义。

In this paper author has introduced a functional relation among the effi-ciency and the power factor, both of which are the main energetics indices of a motor, the sizeof a motor and its magnetoelectric load. The function is an important component of a calcuat-ing model that shows the relation between the efficiency and the power factor and the cost ofa motor. Results from this paper have a directive significance to the renew and reform of alarge-type three phase asynchronous motor and to the improvement of the economic benefitof an enterprise.
