摘要 “小学语文课程与教学论”是高师小学教育专业的核心课程,本学科课程的建设既要考虑到基础教育课程改革过程中小学语文教育的发展现状及其对教师的要求,又要从教师专业发展的角度,考虑职前教育与职后教师发展的衔接与联系。就学科目的而言,既要奠定扎实的从教基础,又要培植发展潜能;就学科内容而言,它应以主干课、选修课、实践活动、课题研究与学术活动等构成一个完整的课程体系,以便于学生的整体发展;就教学方式方法而言,它应密切联系小学语文教学实际,构建一个以反思实践为核心的教学模式;就教学评价而言,它应为促进小学语文教师的职前专业发展服务。 'The Primary Chinese Curriculum and Its Teaching Theory' is the key course of primary education specialty in higher normal colleges and universities. The construction of this course should not only take into account the present situation of the development of primary education in the course of the basic education curriculum reform and the demands for teachers, but also should take into account the combination and the connection of pre-service education and in-service teacher development. As for the discipline aims, we should not only lay a solid foundation of teaching , but also cultivate the developmental potential of students. As for the discipline contents, a complete curriculum system should be established including main courses, selective courses , practical activities, research topics and academic activities so as to meet the demands for students' development. As for teaching method, it should be closely related to the teaching practice of primary Chinese, and coustrust a teaching mode with reflective practice as the core; as for teaching assessment, it should serve the in-service professional development for primary Chinese teachers.
