摘要
不同时代、不同国家、不同学校培养小学师资的课程方案或培养模式具有一定的共性与个性，我国培养本科学历小学教师的“小学教育”专业始设于20世纪90年代末，其课程方案与培养模式的构建应具有“三性一体”与“综合培养、有所侧重”的特征，以适应当前基础教育课程改革。
On the basis of comparative study, the course plan and cultivating mode of primary teacher development in different countries at different times have their own generality and individuality. Primary education specialty, aiming at cultivating primary teachers with regular college qualification, was first set up at the end of 1990s. In order to meet the current basic education reform, its course plan and cultivation mode are supposed to have the characteristics of 'three property integrity' and 'comprehensive cultivation, particular empasis,' with epoch-keeping, foundation-setting, knowledge-integration and specialty-orientation being its core principles.
