Reformation and Economization on Energy with 35 t/h coal Slinder

我国许多大中型企业中使用的锅炉。大多是六、七十年代产品,存在着设备陈、热效率低、消烟除尘效果差等问题。本文以实例对35t/h抛煤机链条锅炉进行更新改造,采用适应燃烧劣质烟煤的煤粉锅炉或循环流化床锅炉取代陈旧的链条锅炉,能达到节能的目的。

Because most boilers used in many large and middle factories were produced in 60's or 70's, there are some problem with them, such as equipment obso- lete, heat efficiency lower and effect of eliminating smoke and dust poorer. This paper describes the reformation of a chain boiler of 35t/h coal slinder. If the obsolete chain boiler can be replaced by a coal powder boiler which can burn poor qualiiy soft coal or by a boiler with circulating fluidized bed, the goal of econornization on energy can be reached.
