摘要 血管生长素 (angiogenin ,ANG)是一种促使新血管生成的诱导剂 ,它属于核糖核酸酶超家族中的一员。ANG蛋白含 12 3个氨基酸 ,相对分子量为 14 .4kD ,在肿瘤细胞中首先发现 ,也存在于正常细胞中 ,可由多种细胞分泌 ,其核糖核酸酶活性较弱。研究证实 ,ANG可以在细胞间及细胞内发挥促血管生长作用。ANG与缺血性疾病、肿瘤、及其它疾病的关系已见不少报道。
