滚齿机传动链扭振特性的实倒谱平均法识别

摘要 应用“实倒谱平均法”对Y38滚齿机传动链扭振特性进行实验分析表明,该机床在非连续平稳切削过程中,其断续冲击切削力可以激发传动链在相当频域内(0~400Hz)的动态响应,实验方法可行。进而在符合机床实际加工状态的边界约束条件下,利用传递矩阵法对传动链扭振特性作了计算分析。结果表明,该实验分析方法对计算有较好的验证作用,是在线分析机床动态性能的一条有效途径。 In order to identificate and experimentally verificate torsional dynamic behavior of the transmission chain of gear hobbing-machine Y38, a remote measure system with piezoelectric accelerometer and the'Real Cepstrum Averaging' method are used. Analysis of the torsional dynamic response obtained by experiments shows the method is trustworthy. Futher, with the experimental fomulaof hobbing force, the cutting coupling between the workpiece and the tool is approximately treated. Under new boundary restraint condition in accordance with the actual working condition of the machine, the torsional freqency response is computed with complex transfer matrix method. To compare the computed results with the experimental results, coincidence within a definite range is presented.
