On the Style of the Legal History of China and Its perfecting Consideration

现行中国法制史教材"化整为零"的"断代式"体例已无法适应当前高等法学教育的要求,应该对这一体例加以完善,改变现行体例整齐划一的"逐朝开列"模式,使其更符合中国法制史固有的发辰态势,也更符合法学的专业性质和法学本科学生的学习需要。

The present style of the legal history of China has not suit the present demand in jurisprudence education in colleges and universities. It ought to be improved , i. e. to change its dynastic model so as gear it more to the intrinsic state of the legal history of China , the speciality character of jurisprudence and the need of the student.
