摘要 国内聚合装置所引进的大型干燥系统普遍存在设计上的缺陷:第一风机配备功率过高,电耗过大,干燥氮气在循环过程中吸水能力下降过快,干燥能力不强,热能没有互相交换。针对上述缺陷,对聚合装置原有干燥系统进行了一系列改造,包括脱水机的转型、干燥塔分段设计、降低第一风机功率、相互交换氮气热能等,克服了原工艺存在的弊端。 Large drying systems in polymer plants in China have had problems in general in design. For example, the electricity consumption of the first blower was too high, the drying ability was not enough for the nitrogen because of too quickly decreasing of water-absorbing ability during the recycling process, the heat energy of nitrogen couldn't be exchanged. To overcome the shortcomings above, the drying system was modified, including a new type of dehydrator used, a new drying tower with two sections adopted, the watt of the first blower lowered, and a heat-exchanger added.
