The paper expatiates the developing method of Gynostemma pentaphyllam chewable tablet made from the principal raw materials of Gynostemma pentaphyllam and sugar, and additives of citric acid, malt dextrin, mint, starch and xylitol. After the processes of extracting, hot mixing, pelleting, drying and tabletting, a kind of healthy Gynostemma pentaphyllam chewable tablet was prepared.
