不同种类黄芪的皂苷含量比较

Camparison of saponins content of different Astragalus

目的 测定不同种类黄芪的皂苷含量。方法 以 70 %乙醇为溶剂连续回流提取 ,采用紫外分光光度法在 5 4 4 nm波长处测定黄芪的皂苷含量。结果 不同种类黄芪中皂苷的含量分别为 :蒙古黄芪 0 .336 % ,膜荚黄芪 0 .118% ,天然黄芪 0 .314 %。

Objective To determine the saponins content of different Astragalus.Methods The saponins content of different Astragalus was determined by the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the 70% alcohol as the continuous reflux extraction and with 544 nm as the detection wavelength.Results The saponins content of different Astragalus were 0.336% in A.membranaceus(Fish.)Bge.Var.mongholicusBge.-Hsiao and 0.118% in Astragalusmen-branaceus(Fisch).and 0.314% in Astragalusmen-Branaceus of natural.Conclusion The saponins content of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao is the highest.
