Curriculum and Talent Training of the Speciality MICE in China

本文以新世纪中国会展业发展为背景 ,对目前我国会展教育发展的特点及存在的问题加以解析 ,从会展业发展对人才需求的素质要求入手 ,提出了我国会展专业课程设置的一项原则、两种能力、三大层面、四个定位以及五个模块 ,旨在为我国会展专业设置与人才培养提供有益借鉴。

This paper was set in Chinese MICE development in the new century. It analyzed characteristics of MICE education development in China and the existing problems. It started from sorting out the qualifications that MICE demands on talents and raised a principle, two skills, three levels, four orientations and five modules for China's MICE curriculum, purporting to provide beneficial references for Chinese MICE curriculum and talent training.
