Eliminating the Misunderstanding that Stock System Identifies with the Realization Form of Public Ownership

股份制是公有制的主要实现形式,也是私有制的实现形式,不能把股份制完全等同于公有制的实现形式,不能把股份制与公有制划等号。股份制得以成为公有制的主要实现形式,既缘于股份制并不具有特定的固定不变的所有制属性,又有其特殊缘由。从发展方向看,股份制有利于公有制取得最终的胜利。

Stock system is not only the main realization of public ownership but that of private ownership so it doesn't identify with the realization of public ownership or simply with public ownership. The reason why stock system becomes the main realization of public ownership lies in the fact that stock system doesn't possess the specific and fixed character of ownership and also it has other special reasons.
