Discrete Time Analysis of Charge-Pump Phase-Locked Frequency Synthesizer

本文用离散时间状态法分析了泵源锁相频率合成器的频率牵引过程和相位锁定过程,推导了相应的离散时间状态方程,为分析泵源锁相频率合成器的环路特性提供了理论基础。文章还讨论了泵源锁相频率合成器所存在的寄生调频问题。

The frequency pull-in and phase-locking processes of charge-pump phase-locked frequency synthesizer are analyzed by means of discrete time method,discrete time state equations which provide the theoretical basis of loop property analysis are deduced correspondingly.The spurious frequenay-modulation is also discussed in this paper。
