摘要
从管理劳动与管理劳动者的两重性出发,把管理劳动分为两类即生产经营性管理劳动和政府行政性管理劳动,具体分析了在社会主义市场经济条件下管理劳动与价值创造的关系,深入探讨了管理劳动的衡量以及价值实现问题,阐明了对管理劳动者进行价值分配和再分配的途径和方法,因而是对马克思劳动价值论的坚持、发展和创新,对现实经济发展和经济体制改革有积极的促进作用。
Based on the duality of managing labor and laborer, this text divides the management into two classification: prodution operational management and government′s administrative management,makes a concrete analysis on the relation between managing labor and value creating under the socialist market economy condition, deeply probes into the measurement of managing labor and the issue of value realizing, expounds to the way and method to the value assignment and reallocation of managing laborer. Therefore it is a kind of insistence, development and innovation to Marx′s labor value theory and there is positive facilitation to realiztic economic development and economic system reform.
