摘要
本文以放大器排列形式为“2-8”的并级联型功放组件和级并联型功放组件为对象,就这两类固态功放组件中放大器的输出功率离散或/和插入相位离散对组件性能的影响进行了详细分析计算,并得出如下结论:在并级联型功放组件中,放大器幅相离散对组件性能的影响较小,而在级并联型功放组件中,则影响较大。
On the basis of parallel-cascade type power amplifying module and cascade-parallel typepower amplifying module with amplifier arranged in“2-8”,the effects of amplifier output power dispersionor/and amplifier insertion phase dispersion on module performance are analysed and calculated in detail.Theconclusion is as follows:in parallel-cascade type power amplifying modules,the effects of amplifieramplitude-phase dispersion on module performance are less than that in cascade-parallel type poweramplifying module.
