ISAR Imaging of Multiple Moving Targets Using Time-Frequency Representations

本文提出了一种对同一雷达波束内距离不能分辨的多个运动目标进行 ISAR 成像的方法。其基本思想是:基于回波信号的时间-频率分析在时间-频率二维分布上通过掩摸的方法进行各目标回波信号的分离,这样把多目标成像转变成了多个单目标的成像,利用单目标运动补偿和成像方法获得各目标的图像。用电磁仿真数据和经过改造的 Steinberg 外场数据进行验证的结果表明,本文提出的多运动目标 ISAR 成像方法是可行的。

In this paper,an inverse synthetic aperture radar imaging method is proposed to imagemultiple moving targets located in the same beam of antenna and the same extent of range with respect toradar.It uses the time-frequency representations to separate target signal from the mixed returned signal inthe two dimensional time-frequency distribution plane.Therefore,the multiple moving target imaging ischanged into a number of single moving target imaging.Motion compensation and image reconstructiontechniques for a single target can be used to obtain the image of each target.Verification by electromagneticsimulated data and Steinberg data shows that the proposed method is feasible.
