Study on Chinese Urban and Rural Employment in the Viewpoint of Scientific Development

科学发展观是指导我国城乡就业问题解决的指南和思想武器。以安徽省为 例,我国农村地区劳动力供求及就业问题的基本态势可以概括为:劳动力供给大于劳动力 需求将是未来几年劳动力供求趋势的主要特点;经济增长的速度将成为决定劳动力供求 缺口大小的决定性因素;此外,还存在个别产业、行业的劳动力短缺的特征。以上海市为 例,我国城镇地区劳动力供求及就业问题的基本态势可以归纳为:在考虑外来劳动力参与 就业竞争的情况下,劳动力供给大量过剩将是未来几年劳动力供求趋势的主要特点;经济 增长速度的快慢也将成为决定未来几年劳动力供求缺口大小的决定性因素;同时,也还存 在高新技术产业劳动力短缺的问题。科学发展观下的我国城乡就业对策就是在"五个统 筹"的前提下,寻求城乡就业良策。

Development is the main subject in the current times, and the viewpoint of scientific development has been the theme of our economic and social development in our country. It is bound to be the guidance and ideological weapon to solve the problems of urban and rural employment. Taking examples in Anhui Province and Shanghai , the author shows the strategies for urban and rural employment in the view points of scientific development.
