摘要
本文对中硅球铁的脆性原因作了全面叙述。结合电镜检测结果,解释了钾、钠变质剂提高中硅球铁韧性的原因。实验表明,通过钾、钠变质处理和热处理,冲击韧性可提高一倍到二倍。
This paper has given a complete discussion on brittleness of high silicon nodular iron and expounded the author's possition according to experimental result of SEM, and has explained why the modifier of K, Na improves the toughness of high silicon nodular iron. It has been show from experimental results that the impact toughness can be improved by two to three times through modifying with modifier of K, Na and heat treatment.
