微型三角件的微塑性成形技术研究

摘要 为研究微型零件的微塑性成形工艺,设计加工微型模具,借助扫描电镜对成形件的表面形貌进行观察和分析,用照片放大的方法测量成形件尺寸,分析成形应力、摩擦等对成形的影响。结果表明增大成形应力有利于提高微塑性成形性能,成形件几何尺寸精度依赖于模具的尺寸精度,采用塑性成形工艺可以成形出微型零件。 The micro forming process of the micro parts is investigated. In order to study the effect of forming force and the friction on the micro forming process, the micro die is designed and maken. The surface of the specimens is observed by the scanning electron microscope, and the dimensions of the formed parts are measured using magnified image. The results show that the micro forming ability increases with the increasing of the forming force. The accuracy is almost considered to depend on the accuracy of die dimension. This means that the plastic micro forming process is useful for fabrication of micro parts.
