摘要
对池蝶蚌(贝)和三角帆蚌之间的4个年龄段和7种组织(心、肝、肾、鳃、闭壳肌、外套膜、性腺)中的10种同工酶(ALP、LDH、ADH、ACP、CAT、MDH、G-6-PDH、POD、EST、SOD)进行分析。结果表明,两种贝类的同工酶具有明显的年龄、组织特异性;池蝶蚌的同工酶系统较三角帆蚌的复杂,在一定程度上揭示了所检测的池蝶蚌种群的生活力和代谢能力强于三角帆蚌种群。
Ten isozymic systems(ALP, LDH, ADH, ACP, CAT, MDH, G-6-PDH, POD, EST, SOD) in seven different tissues (heart, liver, kidney, gill, adductor muscle, mantle and sex gland) by PAGE elec-trophoresis and specific dye measures between two species of Hyriopsis schlegelii and Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea) were analysed. The results showed that the isozymic patterns of Hyriopsis schlegelii were more complicated than that of Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea). And there were some differences in the ten isozymes between the two species; the ten isozymes exhibited an apparent tissue-specificity and age-specificity. Moreover, it indicated that the metabolism of Hyriopsis schlegelii was more active than the metablism of Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea).
