活性炭处理含铬废水的吸附还原机理 被引量:3

摘要 用活性炭处理含铬废水的研究结果表明:溶液pH<1时,在活性炭表面仅发生铬(Ⅵ)的还原反应;pH>6时,仅发生铬(Ⅵ)的吸附过程;1<pH<6时,还原反应和吸附过程同时存在。利用X射线光电子能谱法对活性炭的表面分析,从微观角度证实了铬(Ⅵ)的还原反应是多相酸催化过程。 Investigates the mechanism of treatment of chromiumcontaining wastewater by activated carbon. The resusults of experiments show that: when pH<1, only the reduction process of Cr(Ⅵ) goes on the surface of activated caron; when pH>6, only the adsorption process of Cr(Ⅵ) goes on the surface of activated carbon, when 1<pH<6, both reduction and adsorption process go on simultaneously. The surface analysis of the activated carbon with X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy in microscopic view verifies that the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) is a polyphase acid catalysis process.
