摘要
考察各种提取条件对墨旱莲总黄酮乙醇提取和水提取结果的影响,并通过正交实验优化工艺条件,得到最佳醇提工艺条件是:提取温度 80℃、提取时间 3h、乙醇浓度 70%;最佳水提工艺条件是:提取温度 90℃、提取时间 2. 5h、料液比 1∶30。在此条件下,得到的墨旱莲总黄酮的乙醇提取得率是 2. 97%,稍高于水提取得率2. 87%。
Study on the effect of extracted factors on the extracting of flavone from eclipta alba in the alcohol system and water system.With the optimization of extracting factors,gain the optimal technics:in the alcohol system of 70% alcohol and 30% water,extracting at 80℃ for 3hr,the best extracting rate is 2.97%;and extracting in water dosage of 30 times,at 90℃ for 2.5hr,the best extracting rate is 2.87%.The extracting rate in alcohol system was higher than that in water system.
