摘要
人事代理制度作为一种社会化、市场化、法制化的人事管理制度在我国有着广阔发展前景。分析该制度在实际运行中的不同管理服务模式 ,有利于人们对人事代理制度的实践和认识 ,促进人事代理制度的发展。
Personnel agent system, as a personal administration system of socialization, market, and law has broad prospects in our country. This essay analyzes the different management service mode in practice, which is beneficial to people's understanding of the practice of this system and to the promotion of its development.
