从法律文化的角度对《唐律疏议》进行文本解读,指出其包含了中国传统法律文化的两个基本特征,即由礼所实现的道德法与实在法之间的统一性和古代律学在法律方法论上对于内部解释与外部解释的兼顾。

This article makes a text analysis to Tang Lv Shu Yi from the perspective of legal culture and points out that it contains two basic characteristics of the China traditional legal culture viz. the association between moral law and substantial law implemented by Rites and the law of ancient times giving attentions both to interior explanation and exterior explanation of legal methodology.
