摘要
物质资本的管理一直是企业与社会经济活动的焦点。随着经济活动的发展,人尤其是高素质的人成为企业与社会发展的核心动力。因此,人力资本的有效管理提上了日程。其目的在于实现人力资本的增值。本文分析了我国人力资本管理的现状与不足,并有针对性地提出了问题的解决方法。
The material capital management always becomes the focus of ente rp rise and society economic activity. However, as the economic activity develops, the people, especially the high-quality people, has become the core power in t he enterprise and society development, therefore, the effective management of ma npower capital has been placed on the order of day. The purpose is to realize th e increased value of manpower capital. This paper is to analyze the present stat us and weak points of manpower capital management in our country and put forward the solving methods aiming at the existing problems.
