摘要 目的 :论述了端粒 -端粒酶的发现历史、分子结构、生物学特征及近几年端粒酶在皮肤的生理性表达、皮肤肿瘤、银屑病及紫外线致癌等方面的研究进展。方法 :查阅国内外大量有关文献。结果与结论 :端粒酶活性测定有望为探索某些皮肤病的发病机制。 Objective:To present the discovery history,molecular structures and biological features of telomere and telomerase,and recent researches on their expression in the normal skin,skin tumor,psoriasis and cancers induced by ultraviolet rays.Methods:Looking up lots of literatures home and abroad.Results and Conclusion:The measurement of activity of telomerase may provide a new methods for probing the pathogenesis and treatment of the dermatosis.
