摘要
对现有制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂工艺所存在的问题进行分析。在此基础上,对以蛇纹石酸浸滤液所得精制硫酸镁为原料,采用一步法制备阻燃型氢氧化镁新工艺进行了探索性研究。结果表明,该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、操作条件温和(常压、低温操作)的特点,所得样品基本符合阻燃型氢氧化镁的特殊要求。
The problems in the traditional techniques of preparing the magnesium hydroxide flame retarder are discussed first. Then a one-step technique to prepare flame retardant magnesium hydroxide is studied experimentally, in which the purified magnesium sulfate that is obtained from the sulfuric acid leaching filtrate of serpentine is used as the starting material. The results show that this one-step technique has the merits of short flow, simple equipment, and mild conditions. The final production has basically reached the standard of flame retardant magnesium hydroxide.
