摘要
应用设施布置的优化数学模型,以设施间最小物料搬运费用为目标,结合某生产厂的平面布置方案,讨论不同的设施布置对生产物流系统的影响,来确定企业生产物流系统的平面布置的最优方案。利用设施布置的目标函数对不同设计方案比较和优化,使车间做到物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期和降低生产费用,对减少不必要的投资也很重要。
The optimization mathematical model of layout planning is described in which the minimum material handing cost of establishments is taken as the objective. The plane layout schemes of a plant are discussed,the influence of different layout planning on production flow system is analyzed,and the optimal plane layout scheme corresponding to the production flow system is determined. Based on the objective function of layout planning, different schemes can be compared and optimized so as to achieve such aims as smooth flow,shorter transport route,lower manufacture cost and decreased investment.
