摘要
作为人力资源管理和企业组织行为研究的重要内容,“心理契约理论”已对企业发展产生了十分深刻的影响。本文在从理论上对心理契约进行综合分析的基础上,建立了员工心理契同度测量测量体系,以期提高员工对企业组织的心理契同,提高管理效益,促进企业的可持续发展。
As the important content of human resource management and enterprise organization behavior,psychological contract have deeply affected the enterprise's development goal.This paper systemically analyses psychological contract and estab- lished the gauge system of employee's psychological consistence for the purpose of promoting grad of organizational psychological consistence and obtaining managerial efficiency thus reinforce enterprises'sustainable development.
