异型耐火砖模具3D造型方法的研究

提出了一种基于AutoCAD2000的异型耐火砖模具的参数化设计方法,该方法利用AutoCAD提供的三维造型功能,根据异型耐火砖的特点及其与模具的装配关系,创建异型耐火砖的类,并利用拓扑同构理论,构造异型耐火砖盒子,同时生成异型耐火砖的数据结构,根据异型耐火砖的生成规则和工艺要求,并自动生成异型耐火砖的模具.

The parameterized design of the mould of miscellaneous fire-brick come up with in this paper according to Auto CAD2000.The approach builds up the classes of the miscellaneous fire-brick of, sets up the data construction of the miscellaneous fire-brick of at the same time and automatically creates the mould of the miscellaneous fire-brick, making use of the three dimensional molding practice offered by Auto CAD and according to the fire-brick's characteristics and its assemble relation with the mould.
