摘要
以南非进口红柱石细粉为基体材料,加入一定量的氧化铝纤维,采用传统生产工艺制得氧化铝纤维增强红柱石复合材料.主要研究了不同烧成温度下该材料的性能及氧化铝纤维遭到破坏的程度.结果表明,在1400℃下烧后,纤维开始与基体反应,随着烧成温度的提高纤维遭到破坏的程度加剧,在1500℃下纤维已遭到严重破坏,但由于烧结作用制品的力学性能有所提高.
Adding alumina fiber to andalusite samples, the influences of firing temperatures on properties of material and the damage degree of alumina fiber have been studied. The results show that Alumina fiber began to react with matrix to samples sintered at 1 400 ℃, with increase of temperature the damage of fiber in samples is aggravated, Alumina fiber suffer damage badly at 1 500 ℃, but the mechanical properties of the samples are increased due to sintering of the material.
