摘要
在干球温度 (4 2± 0 . 5 )℃、湿球温度 (3 5± 0. 5 )℃、相对湿度 60 %± 5 %的条件下建立中暑模型 ,应用热毒平、地塞米松等药物 ,观察动物的肛温上升速率、存活时间、 3h死亡率。结果热毒平组比地塞米松组、西黄芪胶组和高温中暑组动物的肛温上升速率慢 ,分别为 0 . 0 2 3℃ /min、 0 . 0 48℃ /min、 0. 0 3 0℃ /min、 0 . 0 43℃ /min (P <0 . 0 5 ) ;较其他三组动物的存活时间长 ,分别为 198 88min、 113 88min、 164 63min、 12 5 63min (P <0. 0 5 ) ;比其他三组动物的3h死亡率低 ,分别为 2 5 %、 10 0 %、 75 %、 75 % (P <0. 0 5 )。提示热毒平对中暑内毒素血症具有良好的预防效果。
An animal model of heat stroke was established in rats under the circumstances of dry bulb temperature(42±0.5)℃,wet bulb temperature(35±0.5)℃,and relative humidity of(60±5)%.And then,the rats with heat stroke were treated with Reduping,dexamethasone,Xihuangqijiao(another traditional Chinese herbal medicine)and so on,respectively.Their anal temperature,survival time and mortality three hours after heat stroke were observed.Result showed that the increasing rate of anal temperature in the rats with Reduping treatment was significantly slower than that in the other three groups of rats treated with dexamathasone,Xihuangqijiao and nothing,with 0.023 ℃/min,0.048 ℃/min,0.030 ℃/min and 0.043 ℃/min,respectively(P<0.05).Survival time in the rats treated with Reduping was significantly longer than that in the other three groups,with 198.88 min,113.88min,164.63 min and 125.63 min,respectively(P<0.05),and mortality three hours after heat stroke in the rats with Reduping was significantly lower than that in the other three groups,with 25%,100%,75% and 75%,respectively(P<0.05).It is indicated that Reduping has a better effect of prevention and treatment for rats with endotoxemia caused by heat stroke.
