非甾体类抗炎药和心血管事件的相关性 被引量：2

摘要 非甾体类抗炎药(Non-steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs,NSAIDS)作为解热、镇痛、抗炎的重要药物广泛应用于临床,但同时这一类药在心血管方面安全性的评价也越来越引起重视,本文通过对一系列的临床研究进行分析,发现NSAIDS特别是特异性环氧合酶(COX)-2抑制剂能显著增加心血管事件[血栓事件、充血性心力衰竭、高血压、心肌梗死(MI)、严重的冠心病]的发病率.
