A Primary Inquiry Inquiry into the Governing Ethical Idea of the Communist Party of China

执政伦理是执政主体的执政行为的规范体系 ,主要包括执政伦理理念、执政制度伦理、执政主体的道德品质三个方面。执政伦理理念是对如何规范执政主体的执政行为的理性认识 ,是指导执政伦理建构和实践的思想价值基础。立党为公、执政为民、以人为本 ,作为中国共产党执政伦理理念的核心。

Governing ethics is the ethical normative system of ruling conduct of governing subject. Its connotation mainly involves three aspects: governing ethical idea?governing system ethics and the ethical qualities of the governing subject. Governing ethical idea is a rational understanding on how to specify governing conduct; it is also the ideological value foundation for the construction and practice of governing ethics. 'CCP is built to serve the interests of the vast majority; CCP rules for the people; CCP regards man the first basic factor.' This is the core of its governing ethical idea of CCP.
