冠心丹参胶囊对动物活血化瘀等功效的研究

Effects of guanxindanshen capsule on animal model of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis

目的 研究冠心丹参胶囊对动物活血化瘀的作用。方法 在建立小鼠耐缺氧模型、小鼠耳廓微循环和大鼠急性心肌缺血模型的基础上 ,研究冠心丹参胶囊对动物活血化瘀的作用。结果 冠心丹参胶囊 (1 0 0 ,2 0 0g·kg-1,ig)给药能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间 ,有较好的对抗高分子右旋糖酐所引起的小鼠血瘀 ,改善微循环 ,对结扎冠状动脉所致心肌缺血具有保护作用。结论 冠心丹参胶囊对动物具有活血化瘀的作用。

Aim To investigate the effects of Guanxindanshen capsule on animal models of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Method The three animal models were established including normal hypoxia mice, auricle microcirculation in mice and acute myocardial ischemia in rat. The survival time was calculated to appraise the protective effect of Guanxindanshen capsule on animal model of ischemia and hypoxia injury.Result Guanxindanshen capsule (1.00,2.00 g·kg -1 )could prolong the survival time of mice who bear hypoxia of ordinary pressure, and oppose blood stasis in mice induced by Dextran, improve microcirculation,protect myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of aeteria coronaria.Conclusion Guanxindanshen capsule showed effective of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
