产次与绝经后妇女股骨近端骨密度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨产次与绝经后妇女股骨近端骨密度 (BMD)的关系。方法 调查 180名健康绝经后妇女年龄、产次、绝经时间 ,并测量身高、体重、左侧股骨近端 (Neck、Ward三角、Troch)BMD。结果 随着产次的增加 ,股骨近端各部位BMD逐渐下降 ,产 3次 ,产 4次 ,产次≥ 5次各组股骨近端各部位BMD显著低于产 1次和产 2次组 (P <0 0 1)。多因素分析显示产次与股骨近端各部位BMD呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,绝经年限与Neck和Troch部位BMD呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 产次影响绝经后妇女股骨近端各部位BMD ,随着产次的增加 ,股骨近端各部位BMD逐渐下降。 Aim To explore the influence of number of pregnancies on bone mineral density(BMD) of proximal femurs in postmenopausal women. Mathods 180 healthy postmenopausal women were included in this study. Age, numbers of pregnancies and years since menopause of the women were investigated and height,weight,BMD of s proximal femurs( Neck,Ward's trigle,Troch)were measured. Results With the increase of parity,BMD of the postmenopausal women decreased.BMD values of the women for 3 parity, 4 parity and ≥5 parity were significantly lower than 1 parity at proximal femur (Neck,Ward's trigle,Troch )and 2 parity at Neck others (P<0.01). Multiple regression analysis indicated that BMD significantly negatively correlated with number of pregnancies at proximal femur (Neck,Ward's trigle,Troch, P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with year since menopause at Neck and Troch (P<0.01). Conclusion Parity affects proximal femur BMD, With the increase of parity,BMD of the postmenopausal women decreased.
