摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术的护理方法及临床价值。方法 回顾性分析膜腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术 (CISH) 171例 ,腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术 (LAVH) 90例及剖腹子宫切除术 (TAH) 12 6例的临床资料。结果 腹腔镜子宫切除术时间短、出血量少、术后恢复快。结论 腹腔镜子宫切除术患者损伤小、痛苦轻、腹部瘢痕小。加强术后护理及观察是减少并发症的关键因素。
Aim To study the clinical value of nursing way and laparoscopic in hysterectomy.Methods 171 cases were performed classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH),90 cases were performed laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH),and 126 cases were performed total abdominal hysterectomy(TAH).The clinical date in three groups were compared and ananlyzed.Results The laparoscopic hysterectomy would provide an advantage of less intraoperative bleeding with short operation time and rapid recovery.Conclusions Laparoscopic hysterectomy has advantages of clear visual field,simple procedure,safe,leving a minor scar in abdominal wall can be used widely in clinical practice,strengthen nursing and observe after operation is the key of reducing complication.
