摘要
介绍了混流泵发生汽蚀条件下启动试验的设备、试验方法和试验过程。对一台出口直径为 3 0 0mm的蜗壳式混流泵进行了初步的试验研究 ,给出了进口压力调节过程的性能曲线以及两个转速下的启动过程汽蚀性能曲线 ,并将结果与无汽蚀状态下的启动性能进行比较。结果显示 :进口压力调节到临界汽蚀条件以下后 ,启动过程中将发生汽蚀现象并导致流量和扬程迅速下降 ,但在发生汽蚀前 ,水泵性能与无汽蚀条件下的启动性能吻合。
Testing equipment,testing method and testing process for cavitation characteristics study during starting period were intruced.A mixed-flow-pump with discharge diameter 300 mm was tested and the test results were presented.The cavatition results were compared with cavatition free results.It is shown that cavitation phenomena occurr and pump performance drop rapidly during starting period when the inlet pressure of pump is adjusted under the critical condition,and the transient performance is accordant to starting performance with cavitation free before cavitation incept.
