摘要
广东是湿地大省,湿地资源丰富、多样。本文分析了广东省存在的对湿地盲目围垦,对生物资源和水资源利用不合理,以及湿地污染严重等问题,提出了一些相应的对策。要最佳地发挥湿地的多功能效益,就必须建立湿地保护与合理利用的政策、法律体系,以及湿地恢复与重建的相应的技术措施, 切实加强湿地的保护管理工作,特别是要制止目前普遍存在的掠夺性开发湿地资源的行为,使湿地与人类长期共存。
Guangdong is one of the provinces with rich wetland resources. The paper analysed the problems such as poldering reclamation blindly, unconscionable utilization of biological and water resources and wetland pollution, and expounded some corresponding countermeasures. To achieve multifunction utilization of wetland, we must establish protection and utilization countermeasures of wetland, legal system and the technology of regaining and rebuilding wetland. Do enforce management of protecting wetland, extraordinarily refrain from fierce exploitation of wetland resource to make the wetland coexist with human being.
