摘要
介绍一个用上限单元(UBET)建立的轴对称模锻计算机辅助模拟系统(CAS)。用它对一水平非对称的锻件的成形过程进行正向模拟,即从原始毛坯到最终锻件的成形过程的模拟。本系统还建立有反向模拟程序,即从最终锻件到原始毛坯的假想退步过程的模拟,以便寻求最佳变形方式。理论模拟与实验进行了比较,得到令人满意的结果。
Presents a Computer Aided Simulation system for analyzing the axisymmetric forging process based on UBET (Upper Bound Elemental Technique).Using this system to a piece with unsymmetric parting face as an example, simulates a forward forging process, i. e. from initial billet to final product.In order to search for a optimum deformation way, the system contains relative backward simulation also. The theoretical simulation accords with the experiment.
