摘要 目的 探讨在冠心病介入治疗术 (PCI)后应用血管闭合装置Angio -Seal止血的可靠性、安全性及临床应用价值。方法  6 3例经股动脉冠脉介入治疗术后 ,应用Angio -Seal装置止血 ,记录止血时间、下肢制动时间及血管并发症。结果 应用Angio -Seal装置血管闭合成功率 98 4 % (6 2 / 6 3)。止血时间 (49± 12 )秒 ;制动时间 (2 1± 0 8)小时 ;1例发生血肿。结论 血管闭合装置Angio -Seal是一种安全、可靠的止血方法 ,术后的止血时间及患肢制动时间明显缩短 ,并有助减少血管穿刺部位血肿等并发症的发生。 Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of the device Angio-Seal applied to femoral arterial puncture site after PCI. Methods Patients were included the sheath was removed immediately after PCI, A ngio-Seal device was used for hemostasis. The time to achieve hemostasis, the ti me of ambulatory and complications were record. Results Angio- Seal device was successfully deployed in patients 98.4% (62/63), 1 case had fai led. The time to achieve successful hemostasis was (49±12)s, the time to brakin g involved limb was (2.1±0.8)h. The hemotoma occurred in one patient. Conclusion The use of Angio-Seal device is a safe and effective meth od t o achieve immediate hemostasis and shorten bed rest time after PCI. It appears b e helpful to reduce vascular complications.
