分析纸塑印刷复膜胶在复膜过程中出现起泡、起皱、雪花等现象的原因,重点讨论了有关丙烯酸酯 类乳液型复膜胶生严工艺条件中的单体种类、组成、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量对复膜质量的影响,得出了复膜 胶生产的较佳的工艺条件。
The paper analyses the reason of the phenomena of blister,cockle and snow-flower in the course of paper-plastic coating. The emphasis is the discussion of component of monomer,the dose of emulgent and initiator,which affect the quality of coating of the acrylate emulsion paper-plastic composite adhesive.And acquires the better operational conditions.
