Introduce the design and development methods of a monitoring and contro l system of a tobacco AS/RS. This system is developed based on SCADA and HMI com ponents provided by iFIX, it communicates with PLC by the normal OPC interfaces, and with management system by sharing a database. As the in-between layer of th e whole logistics control system, it connects manufacture process and management system compactly.
