摘要
研究了补骨脂总黄酮对小白鼠肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力和对小白鼠免疫器官指数的影响。结果显示补骨脂总黄酮可将小白鼠肝脏中SOD活力提高14.84%,并对免疫器官也有一定的影响,提示补骨脂总黄酮有一定的抗氧化作用。
For investigating the anti-oxidation effect of bavachin flavonoid, SOD activity and immune organ exponent of mouse were tested with malytea scurfpea fruit decoction and bavachin flavonoid extract fluid being used. The results showed that bavachin flavonoid could increase the activity of SOD in liver by 14.84% and the immune organ exponent of mouse. So bavachin flavonoid has the function of anti-oxidation.
