湖北与浙江两省利用外国直接投资比较分析

改革开放以来,利用外国直接投资成为各地发展经济的一种重要的方式,它弥补了国内私人和政府投资资金的不足,有效地刺激地方经济增长。作为中部的湖北省,与地处东部的浙江省,在利用外国直接投资(FDI)方面有着显著差距,两省的外国直接投资绩效也不相同,浙江利用FDI的总量规模和增长速度比湖北要高,来源结构更为合理,外商投资企业对出口的贡献更为明显;湖北利用FDI的质量更高,外资对湖北经济增长的贡献更为重要,对产业结构的调整影响更大。

The author compares FDI in HuBei and ZheJiang provinces. It shows there are some communal characters of FDI in two provinces, but the total scales and growth rates are higher in Zhejiang. The structure of FDI sources is more reasonable, and the contribution of foreign enterprises is more marked. The quality of FDI and the contribution to regional economic and industrial structures of FDI in HuBei are distinct. It evidences the contribution to regional economic growth of FDI is not enough to push development, so we should emphasis the accumulation and improvement of domestic factors.
