摘要
分析了塑料特性及注塑模具冷却系统、浇注系统、顶出系统、塑件形状的设计等对注塑成型件变形的影响,并提出了防止塑件变形的措施.
The effects of plastic properties and the designing of cooling, pouring, ejection systemsof the injection molders and the shapes of plastic parts etc. on the deformation of injec-tion molded plastic parts were investigated. Some measures to prevent injection moldedparts from deforming were introduced.
