摘要
目的 监测、分析目前常见酵母样真菌的耐药现状 ,以加强抗真菌药物的合理应用。方法 对某院2 0 0 1年 4月~ 2 0 0 2年 12月分离鉴定出的 35 9株酵母样真菌 ,应用目前常用的 10种抗真菌药物进行药物敏感试验和分析。结果 在 10种抗真菌药物中 ,耐药率最高的是灰黄霉素 (87.30 %~ 10 0 % ) ,其次为氟康唑 (42 .86 %~5 4 .96 % )和伊曲康唑 (2 8.5 7%~ 5 0 .90 % )。结论 当前临床常用抗真菌药的耐药菌株明显增多 ,特别是对氟康唑、伊曲康唑耐药率增高 ,应引起广大临床医师高度重视。
Objective To analyze drug resistance of yeasts-like fungus and make rational administration of antifungal agents. Methods Drug sensitivity tests were performed with 10 commonly used antifungal agents on 359 strains of fungi, which were isolated and identified in a hospital from April, 2001 to December, 2002. Results Among 10 antifungal agents, griseofulvin had the highest resistant rate, ranging from 87.30% to 100%; the next was fluconazole ( 42.86%~ 54.96%) and itraconazole ( 28.57%~ 50.90%). Conclusion The number of fungal strains with resistance against antifungal agents is increasing in clinical practice, especially those against fluconazole and itraconazole; which should arouse great attention of physician.
